PURPOSE: A system for determining meat quality and a method for determining meat quality using the same are provided to accurately determine the freshness and ripening of meat in real time regardless of places using an analysis unit.;CONSTITUTION: A method for determining meat quality using a meat quality determining system comprises following steps. Multiple control group meat samples are analyzed physicochemically to obtain the grades of freshness and ripening. Reflectance, penetration and absorbance are obtained from multiple control group meat samples through an analysis unit using an interference filter unit(110).
