摘要

PURPOSE: A method for designing and analyzing a multilayer ceramic capacitor is provided to suppress defects by optimizing the condition of application variables applying the result obtained through a finite element numerical analysis.;CONSTITUTION: The model of a multilayer ceramic capacitor is generated by repeatedly laminating a cubic element with the thickness of each layer(S110). The process condition for a finite element numerical analysis is set between surfaces divided into a joint and an element(S120). The finite element numerical analysis is performed according to the process condition(S130). The stress and displacement are grasped according to a temperature(S140). The condition of the application variables is optimized by applying the analysis result of the finite element numerical analysis(S150).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
