A method for adsorption process simulation using a PDE is provided to perform numerical analysis of outlet boundary condition in the simulation of an absorption process by using a finite volume method, thereby obtaining an exact numerical solution. An input adsorption process modeling factor value is converted suitably to an input form required in a next processing phase, and a file is produced and stored(302). An algorithm calculating the model expression of an absorption process through PDE(Partial Differential Equation) analysis technique which perform the numerical analysis of outlet boundary condition with a finite volume method is calculated by using a computer(303). The calculated value is converted into at least one data file(304). The stored data file is processed by an algorithm of visualizing the data file into the animation graph of a density curve or a video graph which is changed according to the density curve and time according to the column number of the absorption process(305).
