PURPOSE: A complex plastic article including degummed bast fiber using enterobacter gergoviase HL 2006 and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce static electricity and increase tension. CONSTITUTION: A complex plastic article includes a lowermost reinforcement layer(1), a lower layer(2), a base core layer(3), and an upper layer(4). The lower layer is made of thermoplastic polyolefin resin. The base core layer is made of the thermoplastic polyolefin resin of 40 to 50 weight% and the degummed bast fiber of 50 to 60 weight%. The upper layer is made of the degummed bast fiber of 20 to 30 weight% and the thermoplastic polyolefin resin of 70 to 80 weight%.
