PURPOSE: A method for finding the missing person using face a recognition system is provided to collect the videos of automatic surveillance cameras and compare the collected videos with the photos which missing is registered thereby fast finding the missing without extra charge. CONSTITUTION: A police system performs the missing report to a ubiquitous control center(SA1-SA3). The ubiquitous control center reports the missing report to a ubiquitous-city control center. If an approval about the missing person situation management from the ubiquitous-city control center is received, the missing photo is registered in a ubiquitous face recognition system(SA5-SA8). The ubiquitous control center registers more detail information about the missing to the ubiquitous face recognition system in addition(SA9-SA12).
