PURPOSE: By tag chip having the parasitic resistance which the tag antenna and the manufacturing method using the microstrip line, and the RFID tag small and the big capacitive reactance component. Even in case of being attached to the object having the high dielectric constant and being used, the antenna characteristic of excellenting is offered.;CONSTITUTION: Microstrip lines(311, 312) are formed in the upper side of the down dielectric substrate(310). In the lower surface of the down dielectric substrate, the ground plane(315) is formed. Static capacitance elements of 3 are laminated on the top of the upper dielectric substrate.
