PURPOSE: A cutting device for waste oil filters is provided to easily cut a waste oil filter by a cutter blade thereby easily extracting the waste oil of the waste oil filter.;CONSTITUTION: A cutter blade is installed at a fixed sill(11) of a drill vice(1). A roller is installed at a movable sill(12) of the drill vice. A palm pattern groove is formed on the bottom surface of the drill vice. A filter fixed axis is inserted in the palm pattern groove. The filter fixed axis moves along the palm pattern groove longitudinally and is combined with the bottom surface of the waste oil filter.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
