PURPOSE: A producing method of fresh pueraria thunbergiana juice, and a fresh pueraria thunbergiana juice mixer are provided to reduce the fermentation time of the pueraria thunbergiana after crushing without damaging granules.;CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fresh pueraria thunbergiana juice comprises the following steps: washing pueraria thunbergiana with water, and crushing; mixing the crushed pueraria thunbergiana and clean water in a weight ratio of 6:4 for diluting, and room temperature fermenting for 1~2hours; supplying the firstly fermented pueraria thunbergiana to a dehydrator for dehydrating; supplying the pueraria thunbergiana juice to a mixer(20), and rotating the mixer for 70~90minutes for secondly fermenting; sterilizing the pueraria thunbergiana juice by heating the mixer for 9~11minutes in 80deg C; and vacuum packing the pueraria thunbergiana juice.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
