PURPOSE: A system and a method for favorable impression degree based electronic coupon issuing are provided to promote the business of the electronic coupon issuing company.;CONSTITUTION: A controller(210) inputs the face image and identification number from a mobile station. A favorable face image analyzer(230) analyzes the inputted face image as described above. The controller transmits the electronic coupon corresponding to the analyzed desirability as described above to the mobile station having the inputted identification number as described above.
