Disclosed is a method for saving water to be sprayed which is characterized in that the method blows a wind onto an ambient surface, collects the wind having been blown onto the ambient surface, devolatilizes and collects the moisture contained in the air obtained by collecting, thereby collecting the moisture included in the ambient atmosphere of water spraying, and utilizes the collected water as the water to be sprayed. Further disclosed is a water-saving water spraying device which is characterized by comprising: a moisture collection device which is equipped with a heat exchanger, sucks air included in the ambient atmosphere of water spraying, cools the air by the cooling unit of the heat exchanger, and thereafter exhausts the air, thereby collecting the moisture included in the ambient atmosphere of water spraying; a tank for storing the collected water collected by the moisture collection device; and a water-spraying nozzle for spraying the water stored in the tank.
