摘要

Polyethylene glycol-poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)-poly(L-lysine) copolymer, its preparation method and use as drug/gene carrier are disclosed. Said copolymer has a molecular weight of 1.0×103-9.0×108 Dalton, wherein the molar ratio of polyethylene glycol/ poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) is 1-50: 100-1; the molar ratio of lactide/glycolide(LA/GA) in poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) is 1-100: 100-1; the molar ratio of polyethylene glycol-poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)/ poly(L-lysine) is 1-50: 100-1; the molar ratio of polyethylene glycol/poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)/poly(L-lysine) is 0.1-30: 0.1-80: 1-100.
