A stay in place mold or form, useful in the construction of concrete structures such as internal and external walls, columns, and beams after receiving poured concrete is described. The form includes two parallel oriented fiber cement panels connected by a series of particular spacers-anchors, which are located at the internal surface of the fiber cement panels. The spacers-anchors are positioned at a predetermined distance one from the other and in a series of multiple alignments, permanently anchored to the panels at each one of their extremes, thus creating multiple stress resistance points between the fiber cement panels. Once the concrete mixture is pour and allows it to dried, a non- divided, monolithic and continuous structure is obtained. Optionally, an insulating layer may be placed at one or both internal sides of the fiber cement panel in order to provide insulation to the constructed structure.
