Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method for remote command interaction and a bastion host thereof, wherein the method includes: providing a background host list to a user terminal through a browser; receiving background host information sent by said user terminal wherein the background host is selected from said background host list; connecting to the background host selected by said user terminal according to said selected background host information through a security protection plugin, and providing an interaction window to said user terminal through the browser wherein the interaction window is used for command interaction with said background host; receiving commands input by said user terminal through said interaction window and then sending the commands to said background host through said security protection plugin. And the bastion host includes a listing unit, a receiving unit, a connecting unit and a processing unit. Embodiments of the present invention provide users with a method for remote command interaction based on the Browser/Server (B/S) mode, enabling the users to access remote hosts more conveniently.
