摘要

An intelligent evaluation method for a famous and high-quality tea evaluation apparatus of based on multi-sensor information fusion is provided. The method includes the following steps: (1)a batch of representative samples of a certain kind of famous and high-quality tea is selected, the quality indicators of the famous and high-quality tea are evaluated by performing sensory evaluation by professionals, and a standard database is established; (2)various kinds of sensor information reflecting the quality indicators of the famous and famous and high-quality tea is collected respectively by different sensors and then is input into a computer; (3)eigenvectors are extracted and associated with the sensory evaluation results of the professionals in the database respectively by the computer; (4)human brain is simulated by the computer, and a multi-sensor information fusion model for the intelligent evaluation of the famous and high-quality tea evaluation apparatus is constructed by pattern recognition; unknown samples can be judged by substituting extracted eigenvector into the pre-established model. Compared with the human sensory detections, the present invention has the advantage of good consistency on evaluation result and high degree of automation.
