There is normal QCA cell arrangements planar structure to make there are one group of input line for a kind of quantum dot cellular automata (QCA) device, can arrange orthogonal with one group, and output line can be arranged. The device has clock area, therefore the flow for controlling binary signal passes through the device. Input column are driven through individual input signal, and the unit of all each columns is directed at the input signal to match them. These input column then as driver output clock signal control downlink that the subsegment of each row is applied to as serial shift register. In this way, each input signal of the copy of content is propagated along each capable output and output cell. The unit for exporting each output row can distribute to oneself, latch clock signal.
