The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing hair-blended yarn consisting of polyester stable fiber and viscose rayon stable fiber. The method includes the steps of weaving and knitting, and dyeing and finishing a combination of viscose rayon stable fiber with a denier ranging from the 20's to 30's, polyester stable fiber with a denier ranging from 1.4 to 5.0, and viscose rayon stable fiber with a denier ranging from 5.0 to 8.0. Products according to the present invention provide the same visual effect as typical wool or hair without including hair or wool in the products. Accordingly, clothes that appear to be made of hair or wool for all four seasons can be purchased at relatively low prices and worn.
