A coal blending system and a coal feeder used in the coal blending system. The coal blending system comprises: a plurality of raw coal silos (T1-T6), in which different types of raw coals are stored respectively; coal feeders (E1-E6) arranged below the corresponding raw coal silos (T1-T6) along the axis directions of the raw coal silos (T1-T6); and belt weighers (C1-C6) below the silos, a coal blending belt conveyer (P3) and a coal blending control device. Each coal feeder (E1-E6) is provided with: an enclosure (30) with an inversed frustoconic shape, the top of which is open and on the bottom of which is arranged a flat bottom plate (35); a round coal outlet (34), arranged at the central part of the bottom plate (35); a coal distributor (31) with a conical shape, arranged in the upside of the coal feeder (E1-E6) and on a rod-shaped bracket (32) fixedly amounted on the enclosure (30) such that the raw coal falling from the raw coal silo (T1-T6) uniformly slides along its conical surface to the vicinity of the coal outlet (34); and a scraper (33) with a curve shape extending along the flat bottom plate (35), arranged on a rotatable fixed bracket extending inwards from the coal outlet (34), which scrapes the raw coal in the coal feeder (E1-E6) to the coal outlet (34) when the scraper (33) rotates.
