The invention relates to a method for launching tactical or strategic weapons (2) into an aerial environment from a submarine (1), characterized in that it comprises the following steps: in a preliminary phase, ejecting from the submarine one or more sealed capsules (4) capable of returning to the water surface and each containing one or more weapons; and in a firing phase following the preliminary phase and in accordance with a predetermined launch order, launching the weapons (2) from each capsule (4) reaching the water surface.
