The method involves charging electro-statically a non-woven fabric band and a mobile transporting surface by an ionization module (4) to adhere the band on the transporting surface in a longitudinal carriage zone (ZM). Dimension of the carriage zone measured in a direction perpendicular to a transporting direction (MD) is less than width (L) of the band. The band constitutes polypropylene or polyethylene-based synthetic fibers, cotton-type natural fibers or viscose-type artificial fibers. An independent claim is also included for a system for transporting a non-woven fabric band using a transporting surface.
