A system and method for controlling a blower device of an underfloor air-distribution air-conditioner in a machine room are disclosed. The system includes: an infrared temperature measuring device (2) for measuring a surface infrared temperature of a device cabinet (7) in the machine room by infrared; a control device (5) for adjusting air supply speed and air supply period of the blower device (4) of the underfloor air-distribution air-conditioner so as to adjust the surface infrared temperature of the device cabinet (7) to the surface standard temperature when an absolute value of a difference between the surface infrared temperature and a preset surface standard temperature of the device cabinet (7) exceeds a preset difference value.
