A system and method for mobile phone blogs are provided in the present invention. The system comprises a multimedia messaging service server, a dynamic content delivery server and a switch gateway. The multimedia messaging service server receives a multimedia message transmitted from a mobile phone blog publication terminal, and when judging that the received multimedia message is the publication multimedia message of the mobile phone blog content, then transmits the publication multimedia message of the mobile phone blog content to the switch gateway; The switch gateway implements format conversion for the publication multimedia message of the mobile phone blog content received from the multimedia messaging service server, and then transmits it to the dynamic content delivery server; When receiving the publication multimedia message of the mobile phone blog content converted format, the dynamic content delivery server issues the content information contained in the publication multimedia message of the mobile phone blog content converted format on an established and opened blog channel for the mobile phone blog publication terminal; the invention enables the mobile phone user to conveniently use blogs at any time and place, and brings better use experience to the user.
