The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a composition for preventing and relieving hyperlipidemia comprising extracts of Citrus tangerina peel, Diospyrus kaki Thunb., Chinese matrimony vines, and Fagopyrum esculentum leaves, and more particularly to a method for manufacturing a composition for preventing and relieving hyperlipidemia, which can reduce the content of neutral fat as well as total blood cholesterol due to active ingredients contained in Citrus tangerina peel, Diospyrus kaki Thunb., Chinese matrimony vines, and Fagopyrum esculentum leaves. The composition for preventing and relieving hyperlipidemia of the present invention containing the extracts of Citrus tangerina peel, Diospyrus kaki Thunb., Chinese matrimony vines, and Fagopyrum esculentum leaves do not cause side effects due to the use of only natural materials and reduces the content of neutral fat as well as total blood cholesterol. Therefore, the composition can be used in treating hyperlipidemic patients.
