A method for producing construction elements (7.1) with the help of wood wool, cement and water, comprising the following operations: a) providing molds (1.1) to mold said elements; b) take wood wool and wet it; c) mixing the wood wool with dry cement in a proportion, by weight, of 1: 1.88 to 1_1.92; d) pour the mixture into the mold (1.1); e) allow the mixture to set, characterized in that between operations b) and c), the method also includes the operation of stabilizing the water content of wood wool at 24-26%; and because in operation c), the stabilized wood wool is mixed with dry cement in a proportion, by weight, of 1: 1.88 to 1: 1.92.
