An isolated monoclonal antibody or an antigen-binding part thereof that a) binds to membrane-specific prostate antigen in its native form that is present on the surface of tumor cells b) can be internalized by a tumor cell. c) binds markedly to LNCAP cells but does not bind or binds only minimally to cells lacking the expression of membrane-specific prostate antigen and d) binds to a marker or a cytotoxic agent, characterized in that e) it comprises the CDRs that have SEQ ID NO: 2 to SEQ ID NO: 7 or the CDRs that have SEQ ID NO: 11 to SEQ ID NO: 16 or the CDRs named CDR H1, H2, H3, L1, L2 and L3 as shown in Figure 20 or the corresponding CDR regions as shown in Figure 21.
