Set for the conformation of a resurfacing hip resurfacing prosthesis, which has a metal cup (1) with a thickness of 1 to 1.5 mm for the cemented insertion in the natural acetabulum, which is only devoid of cartilaginous tissue, as well as a metal cap (2) with a thickness of 1 to 1.5 mm, for the cemented assembly on the natural femoral head only devoid of cartilaginous tissue, and also an inlay (3) that can be inserted into the acetabular cup (1), with a thickness of the material between 2 and 5 mm, which forms an auxiliary element for the sliding of the cap (2) of the femoral head.
