A network based on the space for a radiotelephone system satellite comprising: at least one transmitting satellite and receiver (1520A) that is configured to transmit wireless downlink communications directly to a radiotelephone (1330) over a link direct service and to receive wireless uplink communications directly from the radiotelephone (1330) over a link of return service, wherein the network further comprises: at least one transceiver satellite (1510th) that is configured to receive wireless communications uplink directly from the radiotelephone (1330) on a link service return, but not to transmit wireless communications downlink directly to the radiotelephone (1330) on a link direct service, so that the at least one satellite only transceiver (1510A) increases the link margin of Wireless communications ICAS uplink from the radio telephone (1330) on which is provided by at least one transmitting satellite and receiver (1520A), but does not impact the link margin of wireless communications downlink to the radiotelephone (1330) on which it is provided by at least one satellite transmitter and receiver (1520A).
