The invention relates to means for ultrasonic diagnostic systems for determination of parameters of motion of blood flows. The method and the device for ultrasonic measurement of pulsing rates and index of pulsation of blood flows in blood vessels are based on analysis of pulsation and basic rates of motion of cardiac cycle. To realize the method one preliminarily determines threshold values for parameters of signals at which measurements are reliable, after that rate and level of pulsation of blood flows are evaluated with account of those thresholds. Representation of results of measurement of parameters of motion of blood flows is carried out as evaluation of index of pulsing or as evaluation of corrected velocity of motion and index of pulsing of blood flow. The invention provides obtaining reliable information on rate and level of pulsing of blood flows in blood vessels.
