A method for endoscopic ventriculocystostomy in patients with the Septum pellucidum pathology in the form of liquor cyst of transparent partition between the lateral ventricles - the "fifth ventricle" comprises the formation of a stoma in both cyst walls with connection of the left and the right lateral ventricles and liquor cyst of transparent partition. A fronto-coronary milling opening is imposed at a distance from the sagittal suture. The inspection of the right lateral ventricle is carried out. The topographic anatomical landmarks of of the right lateral ventricle pressed with the cyst - Plexus Choroideus, v. Striotalamica, v. Septalis and Septum pellucidum is carried out. The fenestration of transparent partition of this ventricle and the right wall of the "fifth ventricle" is carried out. The revision of the liquor cyst cavity and fenestration of the left wall of the cyst is carried out with connection of the cyst with contralateral lateral ventricle. The endoscopic control of stoma effectiveness between the lateral ventricles and the "fifth ventricle" is carried out.
