A method for endoscopic cystogastrostomy comprises the determining the optimal place for the formation and cystogastrostomy and cystogastrostoma formation. The determining of optimal location for cystogastrostomy is carried out under onographycontrol with transcutaneous intraperitoneal puncture of fluid accumulation, followed by introduction into accu,ulation through the needle of metal conductor. The cystogastrostoma formation is performed with surgical laser, which is injected through the instrument channel of the fibroendoscope.
