A method for detection of obstructive changes in respiratory organs of experimental animals with spontaneous arterial hypertension comprises the examination of morphofunctional changes in the respiratory organs with essential hypertension.To carry out a comparative study of the morphological structural changes in the lungs of animals in the early stages hypertension onset, while the animals are placed separately in specialized cages and maintained a standard diet in terms of free access to food and water and acclimatized to room conditions for examination, and then, after animals killing, the lungs are removed completely, and one portion of the lungs is taken for histological examination, and during the microscopic examination the fragments of examined organs are fixed in 10% neutral formalin solution, washed with running water, dehydrated in alcohols of increasing concentration and immersed into paraffin,after which the slices are made on sliding microtome with the thickness of 5-7 microns and stained twith hematoxylin and eosin by van Gisone, the image on the computer monitor is displayed from the Zeiss Canon microscope with Ahio Vision Camera and Inter Video WinDVR programs.
