The invention relates to a technology and an equipment for finishing micro holes by ultrasound-assisted electroerosion after laser machining the same. According to the invention the technology consists in finishing by ultrasound-assisted electroerosion along the axis of the micro hole to be finished, the tool-electrode being guided inside the micro hole by means of a set of guiding bushes which are introduced in the initial micro hole, the outer diameter of the bushes having a minimum play in relation to the initial micro hole diameter, while the inside diameter of the bushes has a minimum play in relation to the outer diameter of the electrode which, in its turn, is introduced inside the guiding bushes, thereby ensuring the correction of deviations from cylindricity of the micro holes. The claimed equipment consists of an ultrasound chain (6) for vibrating a tool-electrode (3) of tubular or filamentary type in longitudinal direction, the ultrasound chain (6) being provided at the upper side with a device (5) for gripping and adjusting, at the lower side there being mounted a tool-electrode (3) by means of a device (6a) for gripping and adjusting, supplying with dielectric and sealing, the tool-electrode (3) being guided by means of a device (8) for multiple guiding and supplying with dielectric liquid which comprises two bushes (16 and 17) for guiding and two prisms in a V-shaped arrangement forming an angle of 90° which make a sliding fit with the tool-electrode (3), the lower bush (17) being provided with longitudinal slots wherethrough the dielectric liquid circulates with a view to laterally washing the tool-electrode (3) during machining, the guiding device (8) being mounted on an adjustable support (7) that can rotate about the axes contained in horizontal plane.
