The traffic management and technology system in tunnels is created by means of universal, parameterized program control modules for individual types of equipment installed in a given traffic control and technology system, with a special tool / program that enables their mass call / control. In the same way, a traffic control system and technology trainer is created, which is supplemented by simulation of all technological elements (32), fault simulation, simulation of controlled variables (33) in the tunnel, interface (34) to the video surveillance simulator (35) , while the tunnel trainer contains, in addition to the dispatcher workplace (36), a targeted trainer workplace (37). The project of the tunnel trainer aims to create a workplace for training tunnel dispatchers and verify their ability to respond in non-standard and extraordinary situations.
