B WELL SEPARATOR FLUID TANK FOR SEPARATING FLUID UNDERSTANDING WATER, OIL AND GAS, USE OF SUCH TANK AND A METHOD TO SEPARATE A WELL FLUID INCLUDING WATER, OIL AND GAS. D The present invention refers to to a fluid separator tank and well comprising an essentially cylindrical vertical tank (1), which has an upper part (6) and a lower part (7) divided by an upward frustoconical edge (5), an inlet angially arranged (2) for the fluid at the top of the tank, at least one first outlet (4) at the top of the tank, at least a second outlet (3) at the bottom of the tank, and means (12) for making a calm flow around the second exit. The upwardly projected frustoconic wall (5) has a first opening (8) at an upper end of said upwardly projected frustoconic wall to allow communication between the top and bottom of the tank. The frustoconic shaped wall (5) has an inclination (9) so that the angle between the tank wall and the upper side of the frustoconical shaped wall is in the range of 15 198 to 70 198.
