Isolated Polypeptide, Antibodies or Respective Fragments, Cell, Methods of Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Leukemia, Chronic Crisis Leukemia, and Lymphoblastic Lymphoma, Pharmaceutical Compositions, and Diagnostic Kits The present invention relates to an expressed GD43 epitope in acute human leukemia and lymphoblastic lymphoma cells and their use. More particularly, the present invention relates to a CD43 epitope expressed in acute human leukemia and lymphoblastic lymphoma cells, but not in mature hematopoietic cells and hematopoietic stem cells and non-hematopoietic cells and their diagnostic and therapeutic application on acute leukemia and lymphoblastic lymphoma.
