PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishline fastener solving the problem that, as the axis of a rotator is in the longitudinal direction of a fishing rod, it has been impossible to eliminate the kinks of a suspended fishline bound to a fishline fastener or prevent such kinks.;SOLUTION: The fishline fastener is made of a hard-to-rust metal such as stainless steel, brass or aluminum, and comprises a fastener body 2 as the main body attached to the tip of the tip top side of a fishing rod 1, a cylindrical pipe 3 as a columnar part attached projectedly to the end of the ear tip side of the fastener body 2, a ball 4 as a rotator fitted and attached rotatably to the cylindrical pipe 3, and a binding element 5 provided on the ball 4 and serving as a fastening means for fastening a fishline. Thereby, as compared to conventional fishline fasteners, this fishline fastener can prevent the fishline from being entangled around the fishing rod 1 and the fishline from being kinked as well.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
