PSOLUTION: The information processor for generating operation permission data for specifying an application object in propriety determination for an operation by a main body of the operation, a resource that is an object of the operation, and the kind of the operation comprises an operation permission data management means managing the operation permission data; an operation permission data generation means generating, in response to a generation request of the operation permission data, operation permission data for every combination of one or more classifications of main body designated as the application object of the operation permission data in the generation request, one or more classifications of resources, and one or more kinds of operations; and a duplication detection means detecting, for the respective operation permission data for every combination, duplication of the application object with existing operation permission data registered in the operation permission data management means.
