PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a calculation resolution of a move (camera shake) vector at an accuracy of one pixel or less. PSOLUTION: A reference image is cut out of a first screen image, a comparison image is cut out of a second screen image moving a cut-out block by prescribed plural number n of pixels. When a correlation property between each comparison image and the reference image is operated and the move vector of the second screen image to the first screen image is calculated, a plurality of second images (second-1 image and second-2 image) moving the second screen image by the number (m+1/p) (here, m=0, 1, 2 and 3, and p=2, 3 and 4) of pixels less than the number n of pixels are prepared and are stored in a memory. When the comparison image is cut out, a plurality of comparison images are cut out of each image of the second-1 image and the second-2 image and the correlation property between each comparison image and the reference image is calculated.
