PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a side airbag device for a vehicle that it is prohibited from developing properly by an obstacle when it is developed at occurrence of an accident for covering a side wall part of the vehicle as it is developed.;SOLUTION: A development control mechanism is provided for deflecting an airbag around the obstacle positioned at the range of the side wall part while the airbag is developed, so that reliability of development of the airbag is improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
