PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle number action instruction system and a vehicle number action instruction method, allowing facilitation of input, and allowing association and management of information associated to a vehicle and information associated to a customer. PSOLUTION: In this vehicle number action instruction system, a vehicle number action instruction device, a POS (Point of Sales) system, and a data center are communicably connected via a network. The vehicle number action instruction device transmits the customer information to the data center associatively to a vehicle number read through a vehicle detection device, the POS system transmits card number master information to the data center associatively to a card number read through a card reader, and the data center produces a conversion table wherein the vehicle number and the card number are associated, and stores the card number master information corresponding to the card number and the customer information associated to the vehicle number in a storage part as integrated vehicle number master information.
