PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of a synchrotron accelerator which corrects the deviation of beams inside a beam transport system varying by receiving various effects including, a synchrotron accelerator, a computer program for controlling the synchrotron accelerator, and a computer-readable memory medium.;SOLUTION: This is a control method of a synchrotron accelerator which emits charged particle beams, and corrects shifting in the axial direction of emitted beams, by adjusting on a synchronized beams axis A1 the betatron vibration frequency in an axis A3 direction, which is formed by intersections of a plane P1 which crosses at right angles to the synchronized beams axis A1 on the accelerator orbit of the charged particle beams, at an extraction position C of emitted beams from the accelerator and a plane P2 which includes the synchronized beams axis A1 and an axis A2 of the emitted beams.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
