PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a premixed and high-toughness polymer cement mortar material, from which a cement product such as mortar can be manufactured by mixing in an general-purpose mixer, which is prepared easily at a construction site, the performance of which is not affected by a difference among its preparing methods and which is prepared by mixing powder with a fiber beforehand and to provide high-strength and high-toughness mortar which is obtained by using the premixed and high-toughness polymer cement mortar material and consequently the drying/shrinking-resistant performance of which to be requested as a repairing or reinforcing material is improved and which is excellent in spraying performance and a finish by a plasterer.;SOLUTION: The premixed and high-toughness polymer cement mortar material comprises cement, a fine aggregate, a re-emulsified powdery resin, a clay mineral-based thixotropic property imparting material and a high-strength organic short fiber. The re-emulsified powdery resin of 1-10 parts mass, the clay mineral-based thixotropic property imparting material of 0.2-10 parts mass and the high-strength organic short fiber of 0.5-2.0 volume% mixing rate are blended in the cement of 100 parts mass.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
