PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately and simply estimate influences of a building on a mobile communication terminal.SOLUTION: The building influence estimation device 10 for estimating influences of a building on a mobile communication terminal 20 includes: a reception information acquisition part 12 for acquiring reception information indicating reception intensity of a radio wave received by the mobile communication terminal 20 from a base station 30 and the base station 30; a position information acquisition part 13 for acquiring position information indicating a position where the radio wave is received; a reception intensity estimation part 14 for estimating the reception intensity of the radio wave in accordance with a position shown by the position information; a comparison part 15 for comparing the estimated reception intensity with reception intensity of a radio wave shown by the reception information; a building influence estimation part 16 for estimating influences of a building on the basis of a comparison resu and an output part 17 for outputting information indicating the estimated influences of the building.
