The building management system has with the measurement system which measures the demand for the resource inside the above-mentioned building and the collection system which gathers the available natural resource outside the above-mentioned building. The building management system, availability of the resource outside the housing system and the above-mentioned aforementioned building which house the surplus resource and/or furthermore possesses the sensor system which measures the resource which is housed in the housing system. Furthermore, in order to receive the data from the above-mentioned measurement system, above-mentioned sensor system and the above-mentioned housing system, the controller which is formed is offered. The present time for the resource and/or to the demand which is expected in order to adjust the collection of the above-mentioned resource by the above-mentioned collection system, the controller controls the above-mentioned collection system on the basis of the above-mentioned data.
