PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a second arithmetic model by virtually generating and adding desired rainfall and outflow phenomenon to a sewer pipe and falling phenomenon to a pump place to input/output data.;SOLUTION: This rainwater inflow arithmetic model creation device is provided with a first arithmetic model 1 comprising one or more equations whose coefficients or constants have preliminarily decided values according to an object sewer facility; a second arithmetic model 2 comprising one or more equations whose coefficients and constants have undecided values; a virtual rainwater data generation means 3 for virtually generating rainwater data; a virtual inflow data generation means 4 for virtually generating an inflow phenomenon to a sewer facility from the first arithmetic model; and a means 5 for deciding the values of the undecided coefficients and/or constants in the second arithmetic model from the virtual input/output data comprising at least the virtual rainwater time-series data and the virtual inflow time-series data, and characterized to extend data for constructing the second arithmetic model by using the first arithmetic model.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
