PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the signal deterioration of a signal processing unit due to the switching of a switch for a signal provided in another processing unit when input signals are distributed into the plurality of signal processing units through a signal distribution unit. PSOLUTION: In a signal processing apparatus, signal processing units are respectively connected to a plurality of output ends of a signal distribution means for distributing and for output of an input signal into the plurality of output ends. At least one of the signal processing units includes one ore more switches for signals for turning on/off a transmission path of the signal from the signal distribution means. A switching signal generating part generates a switching signal of the one or more switches for signals of each of the plurality of signal processing units. A suppressing means is provided, for performing suppress such that an input impedance of a signal processing unit of the one or more switched switches for signals performs unsteep transition when the one or more switches for signals of the signal processing units are switched by the switching signal.
