PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for constructing locality sensitive hashing and a similar neighborhood search processor which can perform the construction of locality sensitive hashing and similar neighborhood search simply by scanning an input multidimensional vector only once in locality sensitive hashing, and can perform the construction of locality sensitive hashing and similar neighborhood search at high speed.;SOLUTION: In the locality sensitive hashing, a plurality of random numbers constituting a random number table are sorted.
