PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit device, a fault diagnosis apparatus, a fault diagnosis system and a fault diagnosis program by which the cause of a fault can easily be specified. PSOLUTION: An electronic circuit device comprises: an output means which outputs a diagnostic image for diagnosing a fault that occurs in a component or a group of components constituting the electronic circuit device; a reading means for reading an image outputted by the output means; an extraction means for extracting feature information characterizing a read image read by the reading means; a setting acquiring means for acquiring setting information determining at least one or more of a form of the image outputted by the output means and a form of the image read by the reading means; and a diagnosis means for diagnosing the fault by inputting the feature information and the setting information to a model wherein the cause of the fault that occurs in the component or in the group of components, is associated with inconvenience incurred by the fault cause in a causal relationship. Thus, whether features of the read image represented by the feature information are caused by the fault or caused by the form determined in the setting information can be distinguished, thereby easily specifying the cause of the fault.
