PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, method and program for estimation of a vanishing point, having resistance to a weather change. PSOLUTION: A vanishing point estimation part 14 substitutes a velocity vector estimated in a velocity vector estimation part 13 for a linear system equation for calculating, as a singular point, a stationary point setting a temporal differentiation as zero, derives an estimation expression for estimating a parameter of the linear system equation, applies the derived estimation expression to a nonlinear system equation to determine the parameter, and estimates the singular point calculated by substituting the determined parameter for the linear system equation as a vanishing point.
