PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing method for enhancing the admissibility of evidence and/or evidential value of an electromagnetic record.;SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus capable of outputting an electromagnetic record to an auxiliary storage device is provided with a first storage area capable of being written in freely, and a second storage area which prohibits writing, rewriting, overwriting, and deletion therefor and permits only specific additional writing therefor. If either of writing of an electromagnetic record to the first storage area and additional writing of an electromagnetic record into the second storage area does not succeed, the electromagnetic records that have been already written into the first and second storage areas are erased.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
