PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning device capable of positioning a substrate more easily than before.;SOLUTION: The positioning device is for positioning a rear-face glass substrate and a front-face glass substrate each with a linear pattern formed on a main face, and is provided with positioning pins 310, 320, 330 for supporting the glass substrates in a direction parallel with the main faces of the glass substrates, and springs 410B, 420B, 430B for pressing the glass substrates toward the positioning pins 310, 320, 330.
